Addresses for EGG/ Barclays/ Virgin Loans/ Halifax ...anyone?

Hiya

I am trying to write some letters to my credit cards and loan about my husband's terminal illness and why I can't pay them through my DMP anymore and need to just offer them a token offer. I'm going to include his hospital notes/diagnosis etc etc

I'm not sure who I should be writing to for the above creditors though?

Does anyone know?
