Malvern Spa sent voucher promptly in a posh wallet with glossy booklet explaining etiquette and treatments available. I had bought for a group of us so when I phoned to book the day at MSpa I asked for them to send 4 more booklets so that everyone had one to go through at their leisure. Arrived promptly with no quibble. They even enclosed a sample menu for the lunches that I had requested. :j
I do hope the day is as good as their customer care.

I took my boyfriend to Malvern Spa on the 15th Feb and we had a fab day. We did not have any treatments but still had a wonderful few hours. Staff were really friendly, plenty of parking and the spa was gorgeous inside(it is on the edge of an ind estate but you would not know this inside!). We spent just over an hour in the gym then a few hours chilling by the hydrotherapy pool and in the treatment rooms. Cannot wait to go back x

  • thanks for the feedback on MSpa. I'm really looking forward to it now. A group of us are going from work as a leaving treat for a colleague/friend.

Been to PORTLAND HALL today for my mates 40th.The spa pool and massa,ge were excellent, the lunch not bad, drinks and most of staff fine.Wasn't over impressed at the one changing room as we had to hang about in gowns a lot and it was quite cold :o:oMight try Formby next time:D

    YAY!!!!! thanks for this :)
  • well, Malvern Spa was wonderful. :j 2 of us had never been to a spa before so we were impressed. the others had been to several spas over the years including champneys and sanctuary, they would all recommend Malvern. We had a fabulous day, arrived at 9.30 and left at 6pm (due to an evening commitment for one of us) but could have continued relaxing and pampering ourselves! Please let us know when the offer is on again peeps. Thanks OP
