    The History Boys (Cert 15)
Based on the multi-award winning play by acclaimed playwright Alan Bennett and directed by Nick Hytner, The History Boys charts the fortunes of an unruly bunch of bright sixth-form boys in pursuit of a coveted place at Oxford University. Set in the 1980’s in the North of England, this insightful comedy pits an inspirational but highly unconventional teacher against a headmaster obsessed with test results and the young supply teacher who is brought in to groom the boys for greatness. It’s a clever and entertaining exploration of the anarchy of adolescence and the purpose of education. Featuring the original cast from the stage play.

I've just double checked the email they sent me:

I copied and pasted the above post (983) from the link in the email, but when I checked the email the dates are slightly different.
    I've emailed them.

So you can buy the paper today and tomorrow and then claim your tickets.

    Sorry for the confusion everyone.

  • Had a look at the Telegraph today and it says the previews are on Tuesday October 3rd, 8pm for 8.15pm start

I've just called the Daily Telegraph to confirm and they say it's definitely the 3rd, not the 10th as stated in emails and on their website.
