Hi Spikey! Just got home! Boy its hot!!!

OK. To be honest I have no idea if there were any screenings in Leeds on that day. When the link started working again just yesterday, those venues I mentioned were the only ones listed on the website. Having said that, Leeds may have been on the initial list as quite a few people mentioned getting tickets for other locations - eg. I got tickets to a London venue.

Anyway, its a moot point :( as that site is now offering tickets to preview screenings of Miami Vice as detailed in jamichi1's post. Thanks jamichi1.

Keep an eye out for the filmfactory/heat/vice CARS screening or if you don't want to wait for that and you want tickets right away, take a copy of the August issue of MAX POWER along to one of the cinemas listed for that (see post 9). :)

Spikey dear - the bbc link for the CARS screening from which many people got tickets is http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/fungam...html?emailsent but as I said earlier, the film for which they are now offering tickets is Miami Vice - so the SAME link now offers you a chance to get tickets for Miami Vice but UNTIL YESTERDAY it offered tickets to see Cars. :) Hope that clears it up for ya :):p

Hope you have applied for tickets on the FilmFactory website to see CARS because a few people have already received their tickets and your name might be pulled out of the hat too (as this is a Filmfactory promotion in association with HEAT magazine there are bound to be loads of tickets available - you gotta be in it to win it - so make sure you've applied there).

Will keep you updated as you seem to really want to see CARS ;) so watch this space ;)
