Could not find this code in earlier postings - apologies if I missed it.

Anyway, this is presented as a competition, but it seems no different from the other Last Kiss tix codes - except it is open about the number of tix available.

In association with our friends at Momentum Pictures, HMV.co.uk is offering you the chance to win tickets to see The Last Kiss, the latest film from the Academy Award-winning writer of Crash on October 12th 2006.

To get your hands on a pair of tickets click here to access the Momentum Pictures Preview Club website. Once there, use the promotional code HMVLK to choose from the 15 participating cinemas. Follow the on-screen instructions and if you're successful, you'll need to print out your ticket. You'll then get sent a confirmation email that you can also print off and take to the cinema on the day of the screening (October 12th 2006).

There are 25 pairs of tickets available for each of the 15 cinemas across the country, so book your seats now!

Perhaps worth trying if you still have not managed to get tix for this.
  • Certificates don't count for preview or private screenings. You should be allowed in at any age. You may get some naive cinema staff who refuse you entry, but there is no legal obligation to refuse 'underage' people into a preview screening.
I worked in a cinema for 5yrs, thats how I know.
Nope, the 18 certificate becomes used as a 'guideline' when its a preview or private screening. Only films that are on general release is where the BBFC ratings are legally enforced.
What we used to do at my cinema was warn people if they appeared underage that some scenes may be unsuitable, it was up to the viewer then if they wished to see it.
After Reading these two statements ...I looked at a Free Ticket I printed off From a See Film First Showing and Noticed this on the Ticket
Please bring suitable identification with you
No entry once film has commenced. No persons will be admitted under the age of the certificate specified. No smoking. In the event of a dispute, the cinema manager’s decision is final. Visit https://www.seefilmfirst.com for full terms and conditions.
Are you telling us all this is not the Case At All or Only if it is not stated on the Ticket that the No Restriction option is then the Case

Or does it Depend on Exactly who is Providing the Free Preview

Or are you just stating the Legal point of View

I am not Challenging your Knowledge at all ...as You have worked in a Cinema you would obviously know best....Just Curious that is all....Just to be clear in my own Mind.
