Ultra Vixen is another online store that steals your money. Apparently they have a walk in shop in Sheffield but despite contacting Trading Standards in both my area and theirs I got no where. They were impossible to contact without actually travelling down there (which I would have done if they were local!)
On the plus side I only lost £5, other people lost a lot more. It taught me a valuable lesson to always Google reviews before I buy.0 -

Yup, I paid and ithe item never turned up, and that's what happened to lots of other people. Bizarre as the site looks genuine and according to some older reviews there was a time where people did receive their goods.
I paid by debit card as well so there was nothing my bank could do. I just wrote it off in the end as it was such a little amount.0 -
Well incase anyone was unsure: any site with the word "ugg" in the URL which claims to be selling "genuine" or "authentic" decker ugg boots is a fake site. The Deckers company sell their boots to certain companies only and do not allow them to be sold on any site with Ugg in the title.
Not that this will stop the many people asking and re-asking this same question :wall:0 -

well they'll soon be loosing out in that case as their site says they are switching to paypal so they won't get away with it.
i'll try and have a look see if i can find the shop in my lunch break at work one day next for you. i know a new clothes shop has sprung up.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
While this site did not steal my money, Petplanet.co.uk kept cancelling my order and refunding my money.
I placed around 5 orders, all were cancelled (not officially, they said I was out but I know I was in during the time these orders were placed) and in the end I got frustrated so I wouldn't recommend them, really, for different reasons.0 -
