I will be spending £6 putting my son into a creche for two hours, then £3.50 on coffee and a magazine to read in a cafe while he is there. I know that sounds really indulgent but i have had a horrible week (went for early preg scan last fri, found out have lost baby, sitting around waiting for inevitable miscarriage...), and i need the me time far more than i need the money. Here's to a better week next week eh?

suzie76 you poor thing, know what you are going through and today I think you thoroughly deserve that coffee and magazine. There will be other days to save the pennies.

today I intend to spend nothing if at all possible. Have some cheques to bank form stuff I sold on ebay so that will clear a bit off the overdraft yippppeeee.

Also going to make myself a money pot for my £2 coins...gosh I have turned into a pennie saving expert!

No spend for me so far, but have to nip to tesco for some squash later, so £1.90. HOWEVER, I am tutoring a new pupil tonight at £33 an hour, so I'll make a profit today! Hooray!!!

Morrisons, £37 something - ridiculous, I don't seem to have got much for my money at all, mainly salad stuff, plus milk, orange juice, weetabix, a couple of gammon steaks, and some breast of lamb for Sunday. Also noticed Stardrops & Starclen have gone up to 75p each, luckily I didn't need to buy either. My mum thinks they are cheaper at Home Bargains.

*Susie 76, my dear, I'm so sorry to hear of your predicament. May it pass quickly. Sending you good vibes and best wishes*

Hopefully nothing for me, am signed off sick from work, and really don't plan on leaving the house today.

DVD turned up from Pay.com which I bought online for colleague at work so when I feel well enough to take it in, then I will and get my £6 back! lol
