  • Hi

Their name has cropped up before. I suspect they will charge you for a dmp either by way of an upfront fee or taking a monthly %age.

Don't use them. Try CCCS, CAB, Payplan or National Debtline who won't charge you therefore all your money goes towards paying your debts and not to some company who prey on the vulnerable. You'll also clear your debts a lot more quickly if you don't pay fees and creditors tend to respect a dmp with the ones I have mentioned and therefore tend to accept dmps as they know ALL the money you are paying are going to your debts.

    Good luck.

I didn't read all the threads, only a bit of the first one but £800 set up fee  and then 20% thereafter :eek::eek::eek:

    Sharks.

For those already in debt and struggling...they are just out to line their pockets.

Although that figure depends on the level of your debt. But even so...

I know this is an old thread, but just got off the phone from them and they said they couldn't help me, no explanation why! Now I've read this thread it all makes sense, all of my debts are under a dmp that CAB set up for me so they wouldn't be able to rip me off, that's why they suddenly became uninterested and dropped me like a hot potato! I've had missed calls on my mobile from them for weeks (kept ringing while I was at work).

Just as well they dropped the phone!

As you say, they probably realised they can't make any money out of you. They prey on those who don't know about non-fee charging companies.

Well done for going with the CAB.

Hopefully, they've got the message and will stop phoning you now.
