Early Discharge and Change of Circumstances

Went BR in August 09. Received a letter from OR in Jan 10 that considering an Early discharge along with income payment order questionaiire.

Jan 10 was also the time my circumstances changed and got a job. Just wondering if change of circumstances might have prompted a delay in filing of Early discharge. Or would the experts say these things are mutually exclusive.

Will just like to say that experts in this forum are amongst the best people I know, very kind, helpful and always willing to help.

  • Shouldnt have affected the possibility of ED...sadly its one of those things you can be considered but depending on the workload dealing with your case it can be shelved at any time (its not a high priority job so ED's can be put at the bottom of the pile)......what with ED & your new job? it's pure coincidence

one thing to remember though...now your working you may be spending more on your SOA than you did while without a job..
