I bought my flat in August 2003 on my own and have been paying the mortgage since I bought it (nearly 7 years). I am marrying my fiance in November and he will be moving into my flat in September. Does he have any savings to effectively buy half of your current investment? £25k based on the previous scenario. Do you not have any plans to move and purchase somewhere together. This will make it easier
