Hi, not sure if this is the correct thread but its linked to my mortgage so put up here. Please let me know if their is a better section to post this in.
Basically just checked my credit report from credit expert and all the details are pretty much correct except my postcode! They have the last digit wrong. I googled my postcode and the one they have. It turns out they have the postcode for the building diagonally accross a cross roads down as my address. The thing that worries me tho is that one of the bank acounts I hold has that postcode and so does the electoral role according to this website!
I have tried changing it but it wont update. Is their anyway of getting this changed and how much of an impact will this have on a mortgage application? Also should I tell the lender that this has come up on my report?
Thanks
