    Hi

i would have though the judge would have to be perticuly nasty to hand out an order for full payment forthwith when you have prooved that you dont have it in full but are very willing to pay the debt off by instalments and have been paying monthy instalments for nearly a year with a pertfect payment record and having the cccs behind you, that would be very harsh to do that to someone...

bit of an update, ive spoken to HFO and got someone sensible on the phone who didnt try to sell me a loan, he explained that they want to come to an arragment by the end of the month to clear the debt, he said if that dosent happen there going to court to get a charge, there not going to court to get a payment but rather add interest and charges on a monthly basis untill such a time that i sell my property and they get paid, obviously the longer that is the more ill owe £3000 will end up being £30000!!!, he first said they want it paid back over 8 months i said no chance he then said he may be able to except 12 months as this is there max term (not sure i belive that) we left it that i would get back to him with an offer, they will not add interest or charges to the debt if we come to aggreament, theres no way i can afford £200-300 a month which is what he first asked but could cover £100 but dont know if they will except that even though it would clear the debt in less than 3 yrs rather than the 13 yrs with the current plan..
not sure what to do now, would be nice not to go to court as i have managed to avoid a ccj untill now, but cant get drawn into paying £300.

    is £100 a month reasonable.
