Confused, Solicitors or not, & do I respond to them

HI,
I have had a letter form Green & Co, who they say are acting on behalf of Triton Credit Services who in turn were instructed by The Royal Bank of Scotland.
They are saying a have 7 days to pay my full liability of face court action. It seems that Green & Co are The Royal Bank of Scotland. So now I am confused on a couple of points.
I have told TRBS that I am unable to meet my min payments and sent creditor lists, statement of affairs letters and an offer. Which they refused.
I have read that its is illegal to pretend to be a Solicitor, so do I reply or leave it? I have also read that they might not have all the documents they need to go to court. I guess that means application forms an agreements etc. If so, again I don't know what I should do for the best. I have made an offer & it's been refused. Do I let it go to court? Does the Solicitor thing make a difference? I have seen also that some has requested a "true copy of the CCA ?? and sent £10 with an SAR, again I don't know what this is.
So basically should I reply, and if so ask for these CCA's & SAR and what impact does this have on my liability. I hope this makes sense to someone.
Many Thanks in advance. I am slowly getting to grips with this debt lark but but some things are still a little confusing

True copy of CCA costs £1 - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=26867731#post26867731
SAR, costs £10, this gives you all information they hold, goes to the original creditor - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11753093&postcount=9
By offering what you can afford you are basically doing a self administered DMP, if this confuses you speak to National Debtline or CCCS who can run the DMP for you, free of charge.
In the letter is it will take court action, or may take court action?Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Thats great thank you.
It say's that they are giving me one more chance to make the full payment within 7 day before the commence court proceedings without further notice. 7 days have now passed.0 -
If they start legal proceeding you will get court papers delivered in the post, if they do go for court which is a CCJ, a judge so long as you turn up and defend will only make you pay what you can afford per month anyway. If you are in a DMP organised by a debt charity like national debtline or CCCS, they are less likely to attempt court action.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
