House move survival kit ideas please

A close friend is trying to organise a move from the north of England down to the south and is getting very stressed with estate agents, solicitors and surveyors etc !! Thought I would try to make up a survival kit along the lines of the birthday ones.
So far I have got only a couple of things to put in it,
teabag to take a break,
map showing the route,
srews because you may have some loose when you finally make the move
paint tester pot to brighten your life
nails to hold you up
pictures of the towns showing where she is leaving and where she is coming
Anymore ideas really welcome.
