Hi Everyone,
Life seems to be a bit manic lately, we came down on Thursday to discover Polo the hamster had escaped from his cage, it took over a hour to find him and took nearly all our time before school, Alex found him curled up asleep under the sofa, he must have been shattered after his escapades, Friday I don't know what happened time just ran away with me and after school we went out and got Alex a new bike, and today we have been home but busy, not sure what we were doing but the time has just flown, I'm doing Race for Life tomorrow and am now resting my legs before they get a hammering tomorrow, and must remember to take codine with me for after, and Monday I will be resting them or I will be in pain all week. I may even get some cards done
Well done to all the winners and congratulations on being an Aunt Rainmac, Hello everyone else take care JoTake care Jo x0 -
Try this . I tried yesterday and found I couldn't get in by clicking on Craft Store but could by going to Manga Store. Didn't buy any as the ones on offer were, I think, £144 + VAT which doesn't make them a lot cheaper that a lot of other places.
Thanks TomsMom looks like the 20% off has finished, I'll keep a look out elsewhere to spend my hard earned cash,
Melissa hummed and fussed over what to buy then the kitchen called.:D:whistle: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Melissa those papers are lovely, I am trying really hard not to buy anything until next month although I have been after cosmo cricket delovely so am sure my willpower will crumble
not had too much time this week as I am on nights, nearly finished a couple of baby cards so will hopefully blog them tomorrow0 -

I picked a couple up and they were 70p so he went next day and thought he'd bring me some more. I now have 20 packs in the craft room. :rotfl:.
Maybe it's a hint to make more goodies and get rid of some stash. lol.
I think the kids take after him i asked sam for beer mats he brought me about 1,000 and i asked my daughter to get me some pencils and she brought 100. I suppose it's better than them not bringing any and they will get used.
now i have 2 summer fayres to make things for for the girls and my dil and then it'll be stuff for the xmas fayres  oh and goodies for carly's hospital to raise them some money.
Least you'll know what to make - double beer mat post it holders with a pencil and a tea bag on the other one - if you get seeds will have to be triple ones :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Sorry, PONR, I missed the . out, it should have said the singles that are on offer are £1.44 + VAT. Those not on offer are £1.69 plus VAT. Not sure how much their p+p is. There's places cheaper than that and some with free p+p such as Joanna Sheen (off the top of my head).
LOL - I didn't even notice, I thought you meant the set for £144!!!!!! Might order a couple from Joanna Sheen and then wait for an offer for the rest!!
Does Joanna Sheen ever give out discount codes??? That would be nice with free postage as well!!:TThe E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -
craftygranny wrote: »Rainmac your seed packets are great . Would you mind if i copied them for the girls summer fayre . Where is the best place for seeds does anyone know?
I'm on post it note holders at the moment lol.
Of course I don't mind, I tried one after seeing a tutorial somewhere or other but did my own measurements to fit the seed packets I bought. My seeds came from Wilkos. They were 97p a pack or 3 packs for £1.50:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

How many do you want? Angel Crafts still has their bulk buy offer of 10 for £15.45 or 25 for £34.99, both with free p+p.
At the moment I'm only after a couple so will hang fire. I might do a google tomorrow for cheapest single ones and try and find free p+p. Will let you know if I find anything.0 -
TomsMum - just found this site - free delivery and they have packs of 5 for £5.75 inc vat, theme packs of 10 for £10.49, packs of 12 for £13.25 - singles are £1.59. I've not used them but the prices are good. In the pack of 10 you also get a black fine line sketching pen.The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0

I was very good this morning and managed to get loads of cleaning done!!!! Unfortunately no crafting though! Stupid mouse keeps distracting me as I'm sat here typing - it keeps venturing out from behind the fridge - good job I'm not scared of them!
Bunbun2 - you're welcome for the blog links - I feel so much more organised having them there!!!! I'll probably add some more blogs to it when I can be bothered! Love your cards especially the superhero one - I love the background paper with the phrases on.
Craftgirl1960 - a least your DS has given you plenty of time to get organised for his birthday!! I'm sorry I can't help - I've no idea what powerpoint is!
Craftygranny - crikey what are you going to do with 100 pencils??????
Mad-Frog - I'll let you know what the delovely papers are like when I get them! They do look bright!
Paddingtondoo - I love your "grandparents" cross stitch, and I can't wait to see your dreamcatcher one when its finished!! Great cards - those puffy stickers were a great buy!
Rainmac - your seed packets are fantastic! I love the little buttons and the "thank you" tickets. Love your ATC too - very classy - the colours look great together.0 -

Those seem good prices for the packs of 5. Just checked them all and I have two or three out of each of the 5 packs. Shame you can't do a Pick Your Own set of 5 :rotfl: . Pretty good single price though with free p+p so I might go through my list tomorrow to see if they've got the colours I couldn't get at CCW.0
