HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUSTY :bdaycake:
Hope you've had a lovely day and found some nice stuff to buy! Can I have some of the strawberries off the cake Rainmac gave you, if there's any left :rotfl: .
OH ordered the new computer today from ebuyer, it should arrive by the end of the week. Clever computer guy is going to take the old one and new one home with him and transfer everything for us and bring it back next day. I'm so pleased he offered to do that, computers are not my thing and I wouldn't know where to start with transferring things like favourites, files, anti-virus which we've just paid for, etc. We're sticking with XP, 'cos I know it, plus CCG tells us there's still bugs with Vista and even though Windows 7 is better than Vista even he's stayed with XP so that's good enough for us. So I've got some serious tidying up to do, started doing a bit of housekeeping on the computer today and realised how much I've got on there that sorting
. Oh well, it will keep me out of mischief for a few days.
I've blogged one card I made yesterday, also made another today but not photographed it yet.
I hope everyone is OK. I know I haven't joined in much lately, I'm hoping to get myself sorted out after the new computer is up and running. I'll get off and put my name down for the CP card swap now and do a blog hop later.0 -
craftgirl -before you buy punches as the large ones can be quite expensive as well - have you looked on ebay - under die cuts there is quite often loads on there not too badly priced and in a range of colours??
Hi katy - nici mentioned above the snowman soup. I have had a few ideas from just browsing on here (special occasions board & old style board) there are a lot of talented people who post their ideas, unfortunately I havent bookmarked the pages - sorry!! With regards to freebies cant think of anyone - but you can print your own papers off magazine websites i.e. cardmaking & papercraft or papercraft inspirations. Hope that helps a little bit.0 -

Post it note holders?
Teabag cards?
Box of hugs?
Fill a mug with chocs or teabags/coffee and wrap in cellophane.
You could contact large companies like Hobbycraft and explain what you are doing and see if they could donate some supplies to you?
HTH x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
