My mojo has done a runner. I've sat staring at the same card blanks and paperstacks for over an hour (the same thing happened yesterday):(, I've now given up and come on here and blog hopped for inspiration.

Mumoffour - good luck to your DS

DTB - you can have my elves if you like - really sorry you didn't get the job. x

Glittermum - lovely card, was it really difficult to decorate? It looks like it was.

Peppop - brilliant idea to use the estate agent picture

Flourgirl - glad you had a nice break, even if it was a touch chilly!

    Wishfulcomper
    - hope it all goes well today

:TCongratulations:T to the other mystery winner.

Sorry if I've missed anyone, have been blog hopping and left comments as I've gone.

DTB - so sorry to hear you didn't get the job. ENjoy your splurge though!

PepPop - the tutorial is on the Lili of the Valley site - there's no way I'd attempt one!

Marg - the lettering is from a Papermania set of stickers, you get about 4 of each letter in a pack and they are white so they can be coloured - I think they are fab. I get mine from the Range.
  • Just another quickie from me before i pop out to rush doing a few jobs..

Ive just blogged my card for ScattyJans Music challenge ;)

    Back later xx

Lei, fab, I'll get stamping then! I don't have a proper die cutter so any shapes for matting/layering would be great or anything else really, I love getting surprises x

Suprises I can do! I'll have to dig out some lovely dies I haven't had a chance to play with yet :D x
I am sorry but when I opened it I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful it was!!!! Please please please make more cards like this as WOW!! I have been so lucky to have so many lovely cards from each and every one of you and I have a good cry every time I open a new one (I blame the drugs!)

Aww thank you that's really sweet - making me blush though lol! I'm so critical of my cards sometimes but then i'm sure we all are...

Flourgirl- welcome back, glad you had a good time, shame the nights were so cold, I hate getting up on cold mornings!!

Mumoffour77 – wee prayer sent, sure ds will be fine but I know my mum told us after our O levels (oops shows my age!!) that she was more anxious than us, think children support each other and teachers etc help too.

Dtb- sorry to hear about work, awful feeling that colleagues have stabbed you in back, hope you have weekend off work? Sending my spendy elves. Also wonder if these would help??

Afternoon everyone, hope your all ok
Our house viewing last night wasnt very good, it was a lovely house in a lovely location but was really tiny inside - it had a big double garage that took up a lot of the downstairs room - the back garden was done lovely but smaller than we have now and although 5 bedrooms (we only have 3 now) they were all smallish and a very small bathroom :-( We have another that we are really interested in, and the rooms are bigger (phew) so am hoping to see that in the next few days.
Am so sorry you never got that job Dawnteabag .
Tired Mom OMG that cake looks delish I wonder if my diet would mind me having a little slice - actually I was so naughty yesterday was a little fed up after seeing that house we stop for fish n chips on the way home, thought that would be my naughtiness for the week then realised we are at friends for a curry night on saturday.
Dragonllew am really, really going to try and enter your challenge if I can think of something
Chocolate.Orange thanks for entering your card looks fab!
    xx

Hey ladies! Sorry I've been a bit awol latley been doing the whole "feel sorry for myself" routine. I'm back to work in a week or two (still waiting on start date) and I'm not back to my usual self, I used to be happy all the time and I would be the one to confront the rude customers and help a door man throw them out but now I just feel like I couldn't be bothered, that and before my pregnancy I was a size 8 now im going back as a 14 (I was only a 10/small 12 while pregnant, just got a bit lazy and greedy since having little miss!)
I decided to treat myself yesterday got a hair cut and color, looks like a strimmer has been to my hair and instead of the color going from red to mid brown it's more of a midnight black! But apparently looks nice. On the plus side I have some Gok Wan fatpants to try on!

Glittermum and Lei Thanks for the link - I'm off to check it just now..

Padster Great music card and love the shiney bits. (and the mint chocolate cake below it look yumm!)

Scatty good luck with your next house viewing. Have you had anyone to look at yours yet?

I'm starting our decluttering tonight - and guess what OH came down with man flu last night. Looks like I'll be humphing the bin bags on my own. Typical!
