Scatty Jan, Choccy & Rusty - Congratulations. Scatty I bet you still have a silly grin on your face.
Thrifty - I can't say anything that can help you but send you hugs and like the others have said take care of yourself, a ships only as good as the captain after all! Come and chat at anytime or even just to say hello.
Padster - Pink and Bon Jovi, that girl had style.
Well I've had fun tonight playing with every type of E number under the sun I think at the training. Didn't learn anything I needed to know really but did learn about hideous fairy sandwiches which are still making me shudder. For those like me who had no idea about such thing it is white bread, butter and then sprinkle it with hundreds and thousands, yuck!
For those that need a sugar boost here are 3 of my creations.
The biscuit one is supposed to look like a bonnet apparently. The middle one is some sort of animal flying thing and the last one was my attempt at a maypole.
DS will love having one of these but I don't think the pink one will do his street cred much good so perhaps not in his lunch box. DD will get the wings off the animal and the Magic Stars off the maypole as she doesn't like anything else on them, not a bad thing really.

Glad you enjoyed the cake session Tired Mom - love the ones that you have made, hope they taste as good as they look. I have to agree that the thought of a fairy sandwich is yuck. I know what that are because a friend of mines 3 year old daughter loves them.
Thrifty - I am so sorry that you are having a crap time at the moment with everything that is going on with your OH/DS and family. Hope things start to sort them out for you really soon. Look after yourself and sending you lots of hugs. Come on hear any time to have a rant, its what makes this thread so lovely. Take care xxx2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
Hugs to Thrifty

A flying visit from me, struggling to keep up as juggling too many balls atm.
Don't know if it's been posted, but Creative Craftworld have some of their 8 x 8 and 12 x 12 paperstacks reduced (including DCWV).
Congratulations to Scatty, Choccy and Rusty
Thrifty - so sorry that's lifes chucking carp at you again, hugs.
DTB - goodluck
Rainmac - good luck with the DT
Padster - sorry about your neighbour, think it hits home more when the person is young and has school age children.
Gemm - I've got the Nellie punches and found that they work with thin cardstock, although have to say I'm not thrilled. You need to hit the embossing punch about three times though and quite often the flower stickes in the punch, so you need to push it out.
The-Wife - I got the Marianne Dies last week. Really pleased with them, but I struggle to get the leaves out, have to use a sharp pair of tweezers. Also, I managed to cut my embossing mat
Sorry if I've missed anyone. Hugs to those who need them.0 -
