After seeing dawnteabag's gorgeous beer mat photo frames I fancy having a go myself for OH's brithday. Do you use just bog standard beer mats or blank ones though? If so, where do you get them from? I only want about 15-20 and asked my brother if he could bring some home from the pub he works at but apparently they don't use them lol...

EDIT: Don't worry just found plain beer mats for 9p each from Calico Crafts!

Thank you to everyone who has made and sent a card to Rusty, I've got my fingers crossed that she'll be home today but a bit worried she won;t 'be able to get in due to the amount of post on the doormat xxx

Anyone wanting to make post it note holders, Asda has packs of 12 square post it note pads for £1 or large rectangle ones for 10p

Sorry if I worried anyone about my comment about bad news. It isn't about me really, the mum of a boy in my son's class at school has been put in priosn this week. I don't know the mum really but have felt dreadful about the poor little lad

I haven't caught up on blogs for a few days, hope to sort that tonight x

Hi Ladies, I just want to say a huge huge thank you from the heart of my bottom (lol) for all the beautiful cards and goodies - honestly you would not believe how touched I am - they have really made my day - that ladies who I havent met (but would love to!!) have taken the time for me :T:T:T oh god am filling up!!!!

I will get pictures taken and blog them later.

I have got the day off work and been to my friends this morning for cake and a good natter - she was my best friend until she pulled out a cake that had a photo printed on the top from when I was about 18 with a very dodgy perm!!! She said even the lady in the shop laughed ... grrr - so need to think of embarrassing things to get back at her:rotfl:

AliB You asked about the papers on my 3Bs challenge card. The bit at the bottom is not ribbon, it's paper. All the papers were a freebie download from Papercraft Inspirations Bees & Bugs papers download from 27 July 2009. I thought I'd answer you on here, not sure if you'd check back on the blog for an answer.

Choccy - thanks for the Rusty update. Its my dad who is unwell, not me for a change :rotfl:He's having a RA flare and they can't get his pain under control, so its looking like surgery . Mum doesn't drive hence me having to go up there quite a lot
