Pepop Thanks for link to storage answer for promarkers.. it would certinly keep them neat and tidy, however, I have both read and been told somewhere.. can't remember where, that promarkers should be kept flat to keep the ink level and not drain from one end? I have no idea if it is correct, but just thought I would pass it on... goes sloping off and hides, hanging head... :embarasse
I suppose you could just store the box on its side:wave: Kate :hello:0 -
Wifey - Do you remember those cases you asked me about in the Stampin Up brochure well would these (go the the bottom of the page)be any good? I've not used the company so can't vouch for them but I found my way to the site via a blog where someone had used the company for something else.
X
Tired Mom, even the standard jewel cases would be ok, will check this out over the weekend with an old case, it's the bit in the middle I dont need and for 12p each I could get quite a few for my one or two nesties:whistle: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

Rusty, that's a heck of a guy, your Chiropractor, you don't find many of them willing to do that for you. I really do hope he can help you with lessening the pain.
I haven't got to go back to the osteopath for a month :j but in the meantime I've got to walk a bit further every day. I've also got exercises for the knee 'cos I've pulled a ligament in it and didn't know till he started on the hips today.
Skiergirl Hope you rest up over the weekend and all those too who are in need of some R & R and hugs too. :grouphug::whistle: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

:T Great thinking nannyboo
At the moment i have my Promarkers all stood upright in a craft tote that CT1972 bought me as part of the christmas swap. I have dots on the end of them to show their colour and i also have a colour chart in there so i can just grab the colourchart and find the colours. It is abit hit and miss though as so many of the colours are similar so its hard keeping them separate in the tote.
I may have to have a re think about how i store them. I have noticed that one of my metallic gold pens occasionally floods when i use it. Wonder if this is with storing it upright ? Might have to try lying those ones down and then give them a try.
Think im joining Thrifty with a weekend projectfurrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -
Evening all, I did a bloghop and have to say what a fantasticly talented bunch you all are :T:T
Rusty so glad you went to the chiro, I hope he is able to give you some relief. Both OH and I have found that they are much more use that the gp when it comes to pain they seem to know more about it and how to work round it rather than dishing out meds.
Promarker storage, I use the 3 drawer plastic chests from poundland, each drawer holds 2 rows of 8 pens laying flat since I only have erm 65 pens at the moment and do need MORE its a good job they stack.
My local craft store has a make and take demo tomorrow and discount vouchers are being whispered about so need to get out and about early before someone else gets MY stash:rotfl:
So hugs for all who need them and cheers for those who don't0 -
I knew I had seen a better promarker storage somewhere. Have a look at this one. Granted it's not portable but I thouht it was brilliant. Ooh TomsMom great minds thing alike
Rusty brilliant news at the chiropractor - I hope he can help you. I'm empathising with you over the abcess, I've got an impacted wisdom tooth thats been driving me up the wall all week. Hopefully if the chiro sorts your back a bit you'll be able to make it to the dentist and get that sorted. Sending you more hugs.
Yay TiredMom mobile internet - you geek you
