Off to bed now. Please let me know about the stash swap, if it's okay for me to join!
I will be distracted tomorrow as have my Disability Living Allowance tribunal. I meet both of the criterias, but they have ignored everything I and my consultants have said. My representative has also gone into hospital, but they wouldn't allow me to postpone the tribunal until she was out, so I have to do it all alone. I'm completely terrified and stressed."There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0 -

Irlip - I have the one from Hobbycraft that is permanently Half price. It's £12.49 and has a straight blade, a wavy one and a perforating blade. The replacements cost about £6 but I've had mine three years and only replaced it last week.
I have posted the winner of my Bl*g Candy on my you know where!
Very well done to the winner (could you please pm me your address) and thankyou for entering everyone else. I wish you all could have won. :A

Jazabelle I'm sending you loads of hugs for tomorrow and hope everything goes your way, try not to get too stressed and take a list of things you need to ask about, it often helps when you're nervous. Good Luck. I will be thinking about you xxx0

Thank you very much! I have put together a large submission, arguing against every wrong point, although I was meant to submit it a week before - but couldn't as I didn't know until Thursday they weren't allowing me to postpone it because of my representative being in hospital. And I have made notes for myself, so I hope I remember to cover everything!"There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0 -
Would you recommend buying pre stamped images from Ebay? 1.75 for 8 of about 10 pounds to have the stamp delivered? Just not too sure of they would be ok? Has anyone done this before?0

I've bought stamped images off ebay, some better than others.
What are you colouring them with? If Promarkers make sure they're stamped with Memento ink not Stazon. Also try to find a seller who says they stamp onto coated card as the PMs don't bleed out. I've had some where it didn't mention coated card, you can tell the difference. On those when I coloured with PMs the colour bled over the outline of the image and it was ruined. I had to learn to colour not quite up to the edge with those and go very slowly!
Also, check the feedback of the seller. I've had some images beautifully stamped and others where they could have been better, one particular seller included a lot of freebies in with my parcel which initially I thought was very generous, but on close inspection of the images I ordered there were quite a few which weren't brilliant.
I've bought stamped images because I know I wont use an expensive stamp (say a Tilda or House Mouse one) enough times to justify the cost. I work out the total cost, including postage. If it works out no more than 25p - 30p per image on good quality coated card then I'm willing to pay that.0 -

Hope all goes well for you Jazabelle. How awful that they wont postpone until your representative is available again.0 -
