WBR - thanks for the good wishes for my shopping, didn't get what I wanted (shoes) but got a nice per una top that isn't for the wedding  Oh & I must confess I bought some cards because of time constraints - cost effective but didn't feel right.

Addams - Lovely that you feel that way about this thread I do too:D & I'm sure lots of the others do as well.

Well done rainmac on your win it must be tough when your DH is away, hope he gets back in time for the cinema.

hogshead hope your migraines clear up soon, they really are not nice:( hope you get your shopping finished. sorry I think I must have missed where you are going on holiday, not long to go.

Actually I don't think I've mentioned it before so no apology required.
We are off to Portugal for 11 days, Albuferia to be precise (sp) Didn't get away last year so really need the break.
Again I will be awol & no doubt unable to catch up on all the gossip here so apologies in advance.

Has anyone bought the new Pink Petticoat papers? Just wondering if I really need them or just like them as they are similar to the papermania garden ones I bought recently, decisions decisions.

2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

Oh Lovely! Hope you have a wonderful time, we've been to Vilamoura in the past & enjoyed it.

Haven't seen the new papers, thanks for the heads up, will go & have a look for them as I haven't had an email.
  • Just popping on before I go to bed - finally sorted out DD's netbook! Apparently one of the girls at the sleepover last night was using it on MSN and got a message from Facebook friend saying is this you in this picture and clicked on the link! So be warned if you get an email or link in an MSN message from someone you know the chances are their account has been hacked and the link in the message contains a trojan! nice!

Rusty - sending hugs your way, not nice news. Glad your mojo seems to have returned.

Flourgirl - glad Willows party went well, we're just gearing up for Ellie's!

Hogshead - I'm waiting for a callback from British Bookshops they are ringing their warehouse and various branches for me. If I'm sucessful I will report back.

Rainmac - sounds like you got some fab stuff.

CT - sounds like you had a fab time. That's good news about the Hobbycraft on the Purley Way, I drive past there quite regulary, so now have somewhere else to go instead of IKEA!!

I'm typing from memory and I'm sure there were more people to mention! I'm sorry if I've missed anyone out, I think I need to re-read as it seems to have gone in one eye and out of the other! Anyway, hugs to all who need them - I've got to go to bed now, as DS has a friend for sleepover in the tent in the garden and I have a feeling they may appear in the house at an ungodly hour! It's the sofa in the conservatory for me tonight so I can be at hand if needed!

So excited, just found out that they are opening up a hobbycraft near me on Saturday on the Purley Way in Croydon, which just so happens to be on my way to and from work :D. Hope to get their on Saturday, and have my fingers crossed that they will have some giveaways or special offers that are too good to miss.

CT Sorry I snipped you. A Hobbycraft on your way home from work sounds very dangerous  but also great news ;). Thanks for the digi too.

Hogshead Have a great holiday if you're not back on before you go. onvacation.gif

wbr - Hope the campers make it through the night without disturbing you.

Hope everyones ok and congratulations to all the winners. Sorry i haven't been around but i was concentrating on stuff for the fundraiser. It went well and we have several orders for oct and nov too. Although i made myself ill and ended up having to get my daughter to sell stuff. lol.
Not having a good time at the mo . Alicia is getting pains again even with her meds and the docs are starting to become slightly concerned just hope it's nothing to do with her tumour again. One of my twins has been having tests and they now told us he has a hole in his heart so they gonna stick a camera down and see what's happening and he may need surgery. Hopefully not .

To everyone going away i hope you all have a really good holiday and catch some sun for me lol. Oh and that you find some fab bargains.
