Morning - sorry I've been struggling to keep up just recently

Happy birthday to anyone who has had one just recently - happy birthday for today OAP (I have your card sat here as for some reason I thought it was next week :o) Although I posted your CP swap one :) Can't remember when I posted yours Gemma :o

Have just posted this weeks stash diet challenge on CP - really easy one - use a freebie and just a reminder that the use neglected papers is still running until 5th September and anyone is welcome to join in :)

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY OAP :bdaycake:

    Have a great day.

    Congrats Ali B :T

    Congrats Dragonllew :T

Gemm Lovely birthday pressies, I usually ask for stash from my DS and DD and get to choose it myself!

CT Hope your son has good weather for his scout camp and enjoys it.

Elysia Hello, welcome and belated happy birthday.

CJCockroft Thanks for the info about the DP on my Christmas card. If I'd looked properly I'd have found that paper as I've got a D & D Christmas paper pad in my stash, could have saved my ink!!!!!!!!! That'll teach me!

I managed to get some crafting done yesterday. Maybe not today, DS and family came back from the Isle of Wight last night so I might see the grandchildren today. I've got the new Nanny McPhee DVD so if they come round we can watch that, I'll watch it without them if not as I loved the first one :D.

Tomorrow we're having a day at Lake Vyrnwy where some friends are holidaying so please send some nice weather our way. It's dull and miserable again here and I've given up looking at the forecast, it's so depressing for our part of the country!!!

    Have a nice day everyone.

PS - forgot to say. Who was it who recommended the Epson SX515? Was it WBR or PONR, sorry I can't remember. Well, I got the SX415 as it was £50 cheaper in Tesco and seemed to do everything the other one did only it wasn't wireless. I LOVE it. I've printed off some digis and given it the Promarker test and the ink doesn't smudge so I'm one happy bunny.

Can you tell me what setting you use for printing off paper? I have some Pink Petticoat paper which says set to Fine/Photo setting then use standard print. I have the Fine and Photo settings but not "standard" print. I've got Draft, Text, Text & Image, Photo and Best Photo. I've tried Text & Image, Photo and Best Photo and being fussy I prefer the Best Photo.

Well I feel better this morning - the kids had been driving me crackers with their constant bickering - but I had a night off last night as they stayed at their Nan's house, plus I managed to finish off a couple of tilda cards - I've got loads to blog when I get the chance! I've still got my last card to make for my design team - I don't think I'm cut out for this - I can't summon up any enthusiasm for it as our image has been chosen for us!

Ali - sorry for posting the link!!!

Elysia - I bought those punches when they were a tsv a couple of months ago - I was very naughty and bought both options!!!

Flourgirl - Elliot is a lot better now thanks - he's got his appetite back now - I was quite worried because he had gone off his food!

Dragonllew - congrats on your win!!!

Hassy - congratulations on being so strong and resisting the urge to buy something.

Bunbun - your stationary box is gorgeous - did it take long to make??

    OAP - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Gemm - sounds like you got some fab crafty presents!!

    Ali - congratulations!!!

Hassy, well done on being strong, I don't think I am going to be able to go to the craft warehouse this month as I know I will not be able to resist the temptation to buy ;)

I have a huge pile of ironing to do today and a week on my own with the boys next week as OH is off to Liverpool again :( Going to make lamb hotpot for tea, haven't had that for ages so really looking forward to it :D

That's on my mental list of to do as it isn't too far from the caravan. I think I read somewhere that it is up for sale.

Has anyone been to any of the Art Stamps Exhibitions and if so are they anygood, sure someone mentioned the one at Newbury. The Wrexham one is next weekend so think I may go.

Off to Niece's party this afternoon just waiting for the stickles to dry now on her card.
