Rusty - it does play the ds lite games too. Its really easy to connect up to the internet and download other games too - you have to pay for them but it gives you 1,000 points free when you first get it so I managed to download a couple for that.

Hassy The craft show in October in Doncaster is Stamp Magic if you look here and scroll down you can see the dates. Its going to be at the Dome which is just round the corner from the Racecourse and has easy motorway access. My friend and I will more than likely be going as I can't make the NEC this year

Thanks for the link Flourgirl, I am tempted by the one in harrogate but it is the weekend after we come back off holiday down south, and also the weekend before DS's 8th birthday!! as for the NEC, I am unlikely to be able to go this year again I really want to but I really struggled with the driving last year and also the pain which was horrific!!

Right I am on the scrounge again I am afraid .... I am looking for Monkey ribbon, I have seen some lovely green monkey ribbon on ebay but it is in the states :eek: Has anyone seen anything similar??

Also is anyone into Terry Pratchett discworld? I am wanting to find an image of Death on a motorcycle and not knowing what it looks like I dont know what I am looking for, google brings up all sorts but OH has his test on thursday and he is into discworld so thought I may be able to make a card using an image like this? Can anyone help?

Hope you all have a good day - and all this rain isn't bothering you too much. I'm off to get my butt in gear. It's a local holiday so I've got the day off but I've got three doors to paint and a to do list as long as my arm. I will get everything done so we can sell this d*mn place and get a house with a CRAFT ROOM or at least so I can get my craft stuff back out and play... Thanks pepop, I had seen this picture below, and wasnt sure if it was death on a bike (from discworld) it is however by Paul Kidby who does artwork with Pratchett so unsure, I have had to email OH and ask him but I dont want him getting to suspicious!

Phew, just caught up!

The summer fayre went well, I am still knackered today, lots of hard work but lots of money made so that's what matters. Last week I helped out at preschool parents' evening, attended preschool committee meeting for which I have to do minutes and organise staff holiday pay, then spent most of the weekend at DS1's school for the fayre. I am so glad it's nearly the holidays :j

I still haven't received my Elzbells stamps but have had an email to say they have now been shipped so they should arrive while OH is away this week - yay!

Rainmac - So glad the school fayre went ok! lots of money for schools is always good! I am hoping my elzybells order turns up by wednesday as I need a stamp that I bought for a card needed for this weekend, just be my luck it wont come
