I was naughty and bought Good Food magazine
extravagant, but I've pretty much given up buying magazines...I used to literally get ALL the weekly and monthly fashion ones and now I only get Glamour on subscription, and sometimes Marie Claire, so I figured I could justify it,
plus it's kind of recovery motivation and has free seeds
Also got the stuff I needed to make butternut squash soup a la Lost

anyway, daisy i think that's awful about your friend, but from experience of MH practitioners etc, i'm kinda not suprised..it takes a long time and a lot of patience to be taken seriously and receive any valuable help
