    I've been Money Tipped!
haha i don't think ti's almost over lost, do you want it to be??
    the weather is dire though..

yes, i want to go back to bed, wake up and find spring is back.

I'm currently debating with myself...shall I go and by a self turning incubator or not? its so horrid outside I'm leaning towards not, but i'll regret that in a couple of days, and in three weeks time when I would have had hatchings, I'll really regret it...

Ahhh you girls, thanks for all your birthday wishes.
DB - Thank you sweetie, I love it, but you really shouldn't have. xx The sweetie necklace is so cute btw.

Our TV and internet have only just started working thanks to Virgin and their dodgy service (well round here anyway). Good job I wasn't watching something on ebay or I'd be hopping mad!

I think DH might be up to something as he's been funny about dinner tonight. He's asked me a couple of times what restaurant we are going to and also confirmed the time. This might sound normal but not for him.
Also the clubcard vouchers haven't turned up so I said that I'd hunt down a voucher for somewhere if they don't come today, he acted really strange and said not to bother we'd just pay. That's very unusual!
Lastly today he called me up to see if the vouchers came and I said not yet, he said not to waste time finding a voucher as we were going to the original place and that was that. Oh yes, he also hinted strongly to give Dylan a bath and make him presentable for this evening, very random!
And theres a big envelope that says do not open until 6pm on it, oooh what could it be???
I'm guessing that he might have arranged a cake or something at the restaurant, or maybe my parents might come to join us?

Or I might be reading too much into things.

    DB- Will do.
Lost - I haven't got a clue! The weather is a bit yuck so I'm quite fancying wearing jeggings and a snuggly cardi but suppose I'd better make an effort!
  • Retro, you look lovely in that dress today. The length really suits you.

I'm going off now to start making a beef stew for tea tonight so it gets a good long cooking.
I made some buns earlier (fairy cakes to any Southerners) and my daughter wanted surprising so I added coconut to the mixture and then put a blob of jam in the middle (spoon of mixture, jam, then another spoon of mixture). Turned out well.
  • Ooh took so long to write my post it looks rude now that I've ignored your's Vicki.
It does indeed sound like he's up to something - you'd better get dolled up!

Happy Birthday Vicki! Hope you have a nice night tonight whatever happens, I wouldn't be able to wait till 6 - eek!

I can't believe it's snowing so much in some places. The sun is out today here :)
My productive day didn't go so well when I slept through my alarm, oops.

Just wearing a grey jersey dress from All Saints sale a couple of years ago at the moment. But my boyfriend is taking me to pizza express tonight so I think i'll get dressed up. I'm quite excited.

    they are lovely daydream :)

I'm keeping busy, just taken delivery of a blog giveaway win, two pieces of jewellery from electric eccentricity!
(Lost, your parcel came while I was in the shower earlier so I have to pick that up tomorrow :o)

Mum text me about 10am to say she's having a hellish morning at work, so I picked up some fresh bread from the bakery when I went out and have made her a hardboiled egg and salad sandwich, which is her favourite, and set the table with a couple of biscuits and have a pot of coffee ready to go when she gets home for her lunch break!

Next task is putting a sweetie jar together for my brother as part of his birthday present...

Aw Daisy you are such a lovely daughter :)
