evening all
wore my yellow tights today for the first time - they are a bit of a funny fit, long in the legs but short in the body, OH said I looked like Velma off scooby doo.
Daisy- hope you get it all sorted soon as best as can be, Lucky Charms are all over in the US, but sell for loads on ebay, I remember having them as a kid. Whens your birthday?
todays outfit
black tulip skirt £2 tesco
Black cap sleeved top M&S £2 sale but now on 'getting rid' pile as its getting too big and looks a bit silly
Yellow tights £2 ebay
M&S tan dolly shoes £1 via CS0 -
re ;Krispy Kremes haven't had them but bought doughnut when we were in florida and they didn't get eat, if they are the same I find them too sickly0

Exactly, and my work colleagues thought I was such a pig but no they're not very filling at all are they? Anyway - the baby made me do it!
I love the glazed originals - I could take or leave the others.
DB, hope you get some lovely tempting things at Tesco today.
BTW - did the CPN suggest any other things that you can do in the meantime or additional support, like groups or CBT.
I had a lot of CBT for something else and I found it really helpful. My therapist worked with a lot of ED patients.
I should still be working with the specialist nurse from 12th April until admission and my GP doing a combination of CBT and other bits xpiratefairy wrote: »Ohh grrr @lost, I was goin to send lucky charms for DBs bday
:rotfl:daisy, for maximum calorie intake I recommend a jar of Nutella and a spoon! Or maybe that's just me... um really? OK. **
I must stop snacking on junk...
I was always more of a peanut butter girl myself! I have a jar of white chooclate peanut butter from america for when I am better! It has a thankfully long date
Lola- thanks hun, birthday not till end of next month haha0 -
Some Krispy Kremes are sickly but I absolutely adore the coffee creme ones
O/H loves the cinnamon ones but they taste a little dusty to me.
My Dad lives in the US, so I've spent a lot of time over there and the kids love the incredible variety of very sweet, sugary breakfast cereals - they only ever got it as a treat on holiday. The choice of pop tarts is amazing!“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

As a kid I used to wander up and down supermarket aisles in US or owned by US of A companies and stocked from there, and wanting all the coloured, sugar stuff. the only transgression really allowed was cool aid, which is now considered pretty bad, but I loved it. Sometimes I still miss it. I actually never had a pop tart till a teenager in UK, and found it horrendous. To think of the time i wasted begging for them and wondering what they'd taste like as a kid. ''Those'' cereals were allowed for high days and holidays....0 -
I was amazed by the colour of the juices aisle Lost - think cool aid was in amongst them some were turquoise:eek:0
