*wishes we had a machine here*

though everytime I go in to Boots I end up buying stuff I don't need so probs just as well ;)

Tesco shall be my spending limit today, and even then only on essentials within my food budget!

I feel like I've spent loads lately, but my bank acct is telling me otherwise :o I think I'm starting to get a tad obsessive over budgeting..I blame my father, he's the same!
  • nothing wrong with watching your money, it's a great skill to have :D I have spent a lot of money recently, but I've also made a lot of money on ebay so I don't feel too bad about it, and everything I've bought has been second hand. I am feeling tempted by the current new look voucher though, but I because I've got some fab bargains recently when i go into highstreet shops I think everything is really expensive...I'm getting sooo tight lol

I've not bought anything in boots since I started my toiletries challenge, I'll go to the machine and then get out quick!

Haha I'm the same with highstreet prices when most of what I've bought lately has been 99p things on ebay, paid from from paypal funds! Or free from friends...like the one who works for New Look!

And I'm lucky in that my parents are incredibly generous and pay for toiletries etc..the essential ones at least, and for any food I get during the main food shop as they help brother out with uni,
so it's only extras that I have to pay for myself.

    I sound so spoiled!
  • stay living at home as long as poss hun, I'm not going to tell you how much we spend a month just to keep a roof over our head, the bills paid and food on the table, it makes me so sad but it's essential. Well maybe not sky sports but that keeps OH happy and out of the pub, so its all good

    Morning everyone!
Still in PJ's and the little monsters creating havoc - yay!
The eBay seller got back to me about that dress and asked me to make an offer. Bidding starts at £3, is it cheeky to offer £5?
