    Evening ladies,
Hope it goes well for you tomorrow DB, what a bargain dress!
I've just been getting creative and made a ribbon necklace and an Alice inspired bracelet. I think I'll blog them tomorrow as I'm so proud.
Finally starting to feel a little better. Damn colds.

Can't wait to see your necklace and bracelet! :)

I forgot to tell you - got a few bargains in New Look earlier!!! My lipstick necklace was reduced to £1 so rebought it and will return the original. I also bought a GORGEOUS chiffon top for £8 and a pink bag with star zipper for £4, yippee! And I got a Mason Cash mixing bowl for £1.50 in a local CS (yaaaay), my shabby chic home is looking fab! Am going to get more compost and plant some new herbs and flowers, oh I have a spring in my step and no mistake...

They're about £12 new, so not exactly mad expensive, but I refused to pay full price lol! It is perfect too, not a scratch or a mark on it. Probably never been used! My mum has one too and I love it, have always wanted one... :) Wonder what I should bake first to christen it?

So much to catch up on again! Just thought I'd pop in quickly before bed.

Retro - I've had a stinking cold as well (since Thursday) and funnily enough I had a sore tummy too - I think it was all the sneezing and coughing that strained the muscles a little.

Daisy - good luck for the bloods tomorrow, hope it won't be as traumatic as last time. I can second Aveeno as a good moisturiser - it doesn't take forever to absorb either. You might want to have a look at this - it's a link to the Discover Aveeno Panel, so there might be a chance you could try it free. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2353141

Tara - those mixing bowls are lovely, aren't they. Mine always brings back memories of domestic science at school, along with Tala measures and the like.

I'm afraid my outfits these last couple of days have definitely been for comfort and warmth, and despite today being quite nice today, for today's trip to Tynesmouth flea market I was in grey skinnies, black 3/4 sleeve tshirt with buttons, grey Uggs and grey leopard fake fur coat. Nothing much there really but did pick up She book of Things to Make from 1975 for 50p.

Anyway, that's me done and I'm off to bed now. See you all tomorrow.
