Actually while reading this I did agree with quite a lot of the tips. I'm a stay at home mum and I do really appreciate how hard DH works and the sacrifices he's made so I can stay at home (he want's that too).

I do try and time the dinner and a hot drink for his return and run around doing a mad tidy too. When he's off work he does his fair share and he is my laundry fairy, but I do think it's not all crazy.

I am I going to be told off by the feminists?:rotfl:

Ha! Excellent. No wonder no blokes ever managed to persuade me into marriage.

Hope everyone's okay today. I'm being made to sort out my holiday clothes because I'm gonna be on a beach in less than 2 weeks :j!
I detest packing because I have far far too much stuff and need to condense a month's worth of clothing, reading material and jewellery into a tiny holdall. It takes so blimmin' long to decide which maxi dresses, sandals and bikinis get to go with me.

Today's outfit (for a trip into town and a few appointments):

Vintage green and mustard shift dress (Jumble sale)
    Black opaques
Mustard TopShop T-Bar shoes (Chazza shop)
    Cropped green jacket (Car Boot)
Vintage leather Gladstone bag (Jumble sale)
    Yellow enamel disc earrings (Present)
    Green leather gloves (Car Boot)
Very long mustard, black and wood beaded necklace (Accessorize sale 3 years ago)

Grrr, tea drunk and nose back to the grindstone. May catch you later.

Vicki: Pfeh, no. Feminism is about choice. You have the choice to stay at home if you want, that's kind of the whole point. :rotfl:

but it is a bit pathetic I bought the bar with no intention of eating the chocolate :o
(though I would have given it to a parent if I hadn't used it on the cake!)
