Oh thats not good. Maybe try calling back and hinting that you want there complaints procedure, they may just 'find' an appointment for you! ((hugs))

Has anyone else got a new set up on here regarding posting etc or is it my daft laptop?? I dont like new things its like when facebook changes it takes me forever to get used to it lol

Oh my "new" dress from ebay that I won the other day has come....it stinks of smoke I dont think thy stated from a smoke free home so I took that risk. Its listed as new without tags am I right to feel a tad miffed as its not new IMO if it stinks!

oh yuk retro, i hate when things turn up reeking of smoke. i guess is a risk you take with ebay, but i've complained for it before..i'd be miffed, esp. if it was supposedly as new!
