Hi all,
Sorry I have tried searching but dont seem to be able to find the answer I am looking for.
Basically In trying to sort my life out, I have come across 2 CCJ's on my credit file. I would like to look into settling these but dont know where/how to approach who I should set up a payment agreement with.
Can anybody help me please?

Contact the courts, they will put you in touch with the Debt rocovery agency dealing with your default.
Try your best to research whether you can challenge the Judgement, as they will stay on your report for 6 years after settlement.0 -
You can check for statutory report for £2 each, there are 3 credit reports available.
Experian, Equifax and CallCredit
For more infomration on your CCJ, these people hold copies of the data, use http://www.trustonline.org.uk/ .
CCJs stay on for 6 years from the date it was placed, not the day it is settled.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Youll need the info from http://www.trustonline.org.uk/ then, to find out who to contact. They will likely demand the payment in full (atleast to begin with)
If you were unaware of the CCJ, you can have them set aside - http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/factsheet.php?page=12_how_to_set_aside_a_judgment_in_the_county_courtAlthough no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
