Hi all,
I'm just about to go bankrupt and have a question that i cannot seem to get a answer for.
I have had two joint accounts with my partner one with Halifax and the other with the Abbey.
I have had my partners name removed from both banks in the last six months which both had the full overdraft limit used up.
My question is will the banks beable to chase my partner for the debts when i go bankrupt, my name is the only name on the accounts.
Many thanks.
