building societies or banks that deal with benefit inclusive mortgage multiples

İ was just wondering if anyone has any information as to which 'banks ' still give mortgage multiples including state benefits in their 'affordability calculations?

the details arent necessary-the sums work out at less than 3,5 x income--i have a private pension that provides the bulk of the necessary income but need the fixed benefits to be allowed--they have been in place for many years and unless they find a miracle cure wont change!

They are necessary as each lender takes into account different things.

This is a quick off the top of my head list - you'll need to check for yourself.

Be mindful of maximum term in relation to age - lenders have rules on this.
