building societies or banks that deal with benefit inclusive mortgage multiples

İ was just wondering if anyone has any information as to which 'banks ' still give mortgage multiples including state benefits in their 'affordability calculations?

the details arent necessary-the sums work out at less than 3,5 x income--i have a private pension that provides the bulk of the necessary income but need the fixed benefits to be allowed--they have been in place for many years and unless they find a miracle cure wont change!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

They are necessary as each lender takes into account different things.
