I've had loads of problems with Debenhams delivery - with alot of items they all tend to be in a plastic flimsly black bag with no padding. I sent back a gift I ordered for a friend three times before finally contacting them to ask if they could send one out that wasn't battered to bits.
They finally did this but it's their loss as any items not in a good condition I'm sure most customers would just send back so they are having to pay for the delivery serves both ways..This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
