Nationwide Mortgage Application

Hi guys

I have had a mortgage approved in principal (they assessed our bank statements/payslips) after submitting all info and completed forms to nationwide.

I now have sale agreed on a property and I have just lodged my full application form and P60's/last payslip etc.

Could anybody advise as to what sort of turn around they would have of confirming their decision?

PS - I am not asking them to do a building survey - they will be just doing their standard £385 rip off rate valuation survey.

Thanks guys

I hope it all goes through ok.
