What size baby doll?

For Christmas I want to give my niece a stroller, baby doll and knit / sew & crochet it some clothes.
She will be three and a half in December and I'm thinking of this stroller. What size doll should I get?
Can anyone with a similar sized stroller tell me what size of doll fits so that I can get started with my knitting?
I've found a few sites with free knitting patterns but if anyone knows any good ones I'd be grateful.
