Its such a pity that i ask a valid question and LoopyGirl decides to jump down my throat.
No trolling, just a 100% valid question, yet accused of starting an argument.
Did she even read the OP? Did she not try sarcasm to the valid questions in her first response?
You even question my intelligence and call me 'little man'. Another classic example of your lack of credibility.

As Speedster said though, if i was a dead beat dad, or some woman that has been dumped i could say what i liked in this section. Luckily i am neither as i can't imagine what it would be like dealing with sour ex's all the time.

Problem with LoopyGirl and a few like her, is they are so bent out of shape they know no better. She has obviously been 'binned' before (and that's no suprise) and is still twisted. This is why her advice is ignored.
Kelloggs appears to be the only one with any knowledge that isn't clouded in here, and hopefully she will give an accurate and informed answer. :)

ah, that's where the beauty of the ignore feature comes in.

unless someone quotes the drivel the ignored poster has posted!
NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.

This is the most up to date SI about disclosure of information of an NRP's circumstances.

Amendment of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992
3.—(1) The Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992(3) are amended as follows.

“15.—(1) A liable person in respect of whom a deduction from earnings order is in force must notify the Secretary of State in writing within 7 days of each occasion on which he leaves employment or becomes employed, or re-employed.
    (2) If a liable person becomes employed or re-employed, such notification must include the following details—
    (a)the name and address of his employer;
(b)the amount of his earnings and expected earnings; and
(c)his place of work, nature of his work and any works or pay number.”
Signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.
  • kelloggs, in layman's terms, does this mean that I have to inform the CSA that I was made redundant on 25/01/10 & am due to start new employment on 08/03/10 with a new company?

The salary with the new company will be very similar to the salary with the old.

My child support payments have remained the same (CS1) & are being paid by standing order as I have not notified the CSA of change in circumstances due to being paid 3 months PILON & fortunately, securing new employment before the 3 months has expired.

CSA case closed on 02/09/10 :beer:

No it doesn't as you are not paying via a DEO - so you don't HAVE to tell them anything (unless they have asked you to advise your circumstances). However, if you don't then your assessment will remain as it was until the date you do advise them. If your salary is roughly the same and there are no other changes, then it is unlikely to change the assessment at all.
