Just a note to say thanks to all of those on this thread who've taken their time to help others.

Over the last few years since LBM I've used so much of the advice on this thread to clear my debts and can finally say - I'M DEBT FREE :j

It's so nice to know that the end f the month comes and I still have money in my a/c and have saved for that deposit.

To those who are just about/have stepped on the ladder - it's a hard journey but so worth it when you get through to the other side. Listen to advice on here and it will help you through the worst time.
