Sorry to hijavk this thread a bit:o but i see reference to costco and Makros a lot. Aren't they trade cash and carry? Or can the public join?
    Thanks
Costco is for trade and public services (fire brigade, ambulance, police dont know what else) OH is a special constable so we could join through that.
    Dont know how makros works.

You need to have a business or be a charity to use Makro

I aim for £200 - now for 3 of us. I have to be honest & say I don't always make it, but it is do-able.
so.... now the maths..... £200 divide by 3, times 5 equals £333.33
Mind you that is for everything - not just food.

Costco also take people who work in local government , including teachers I think and NHS.

I don't think that Makro is very cheap except on some of their offers and electricals.
