I've been loooking for a mortgage calculator to compare remortgage deals. KTF kindly forwarded me the one that he has set up but it didn't cater for my needs (sorry ktf this is not a complaint as you obviously spent a lot of time working on that). So after a google search I found this site which has numerous mortgage related spreadsheets that cater for a wide range of needs including investors and rental properties.
