I was asking perfectly reasonable questions for the situation you are in. I gave you a link with all the information about voluntary termination you could possibly need. I offered to answer any other questions that had possibly not been answered by others' posts or by National Debtline. You then went on to ask about fixed sum loan agreements hence the reason I asked you whether it was definitely HP that you were dealing with.
