Legit - they are clearing out the older formats. Just had an email from them for one of my ten (out of stock)

May be ligit but this looks like a trawl for customers scam. Put up games which are still reasonably desirable at incredibly good prices, get loads of orders then cancel them because (to quote my cancellation) "items obsolete".
Result - MX2 has built a huge database of genuine customers with confirmed addresses (because the credit card address has to be given) which can then be used to market to. Cheaper than buying in a list and emailing 1 million people to get 10,000 new customers.
Suggest you avoid this one.

You could be right. However, of the ten items I ordered only one has been cancelled. Following the email from them it has been substituted with another item already.

If you are concerned, why not order by phone? The number is right there on the site. That way you can find out if the item is in stock before you give any details.

Personally, I think it is like any other site that offers prices considerably cheaper than elsewhere - items go out of stock and get cancelled. Get in early and get lucky, or if you dont like potential dissapointment avoid completley.

to be honest most of those titles are old and third party. Im not surprised they are so cheap, so im betting its legit.

Just to bump this up a little (<£7 for a GBA game is pretty good!) - Got a confiration email for all ten that I ordered today, should have them for the weekend :T
