Actually the ebuyer price is £104.99 + VAT = £123.37 (as at 22.15 on wed the 19th) not £99+Vat

So Oyyy is cheaper delivered (£128.69) as ebuyers delivery charge is a bit more (£129.71 with standard delivery which is slower than oyyy's standard delivery).

I ordered mine - and decided to go for express delivery - but fooked up the order and paid for standard delivery. Phoned em and they upgraded me to express delivery for free.. probably because I was a new customer but was impressed and it arrive 24 hours within the original order. - All from OYYY

I'm afraid the easy answer to this and the DVD question is no.
you COULD get a converter box from scart to 15 pin monitor, but the cost would preclude any saving on here.
What you need is a 19" LCD TV, rather than just a monitor.
