    Hi fairyfeet
I've searched everywhere on the web to find an online instruction manual for you but I've had no luck.
I did find contact details though.
    Telephone- 0870 513 3191
    Email- ukinfo@conair.com.
I have had to email them in the past and they have been a bit slow replying so you may be better off giving them a ring.
    :)

Or you could photocopy/ scan it.... Or just phone the 0870 number- if you need it its surely worthwhile. If they're prompt it should cost less than £1. Not that I like 0870 numbers, and I do hope someone has the same one and can copy it to you :)

  • how did you get a new birth certificate. I've been looking for mine and can't find it anywhere and was thinking about getting another one but thought it would be really expensive. Think I can manage £7 though.
    Let me know
    Cheers

    Hiya Jo,

you can get a new birth certificate by either going into or ringing up the registrar office in the town of ur birth and just ask for a replacement the cost of the small one with just your details on is 5.50 but the full one with parentage info is 7.00 unfortunately most people dont accept the small ones now i know banks, employers passport etc wont anyway.  if u've moved away from ur birth town and u find it easier to ring them just write ur details name birthdate place of birth etc and send them a cheque.

    happy 2 help
