CCA requests and default removal

Hi,
I sent a few cca requests off last week and whilst doing that i thought i would do the proof of default notice letters too (as i feel a few that i have were sent to an old address)
I have today received two letters from wescot, one from a creditor, i sent cca request, to which they have said they are looking into it and the other was an 02 bill (i realise that mobiles are not covered but i did not ask for the same thing, i asked that they provide me with proof that they sent the default letters etc)
The letter was from the same person so i assume they have not read what i have asked for, i called them today to clarify and they said that it would have to be sent to o2 as they registered the default - is this correct?
One last thing i have received a few letters back from the companies where i have sent the cca requests, on the whole saying they will be back in touch (as there is still just over a week until there time is up, but wescot has sent a blank postal order back saying it should not be made payable to them (it's not!) and should be made payable to halifax and sent direct or they will send for me - what should i do? Does the time limit still stand on the intial letter? Is this just a delay tactic?
Thanks Missal

You'll need to send the default letters to whoever currently has the default on your credit file, sometimes a DCA will have the default registered to them (changed from the original creditor), in which case you should be notified about the change.
Never-in-doubt can clarify most information on defaultsAlthough no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Thanks will send to o2 asap.
Does anyone have any ideas on the halifax debt that wescot are saying i need to make the p/o payable to and forward onto them myself?
Should i stick to the times given, as far as they are concerned atm they have just batted it back to me to sort out with halifax but i thought that they were supposed to send the cca request as they are now dealing with the debt??
Thanks
