they sent my work a form and they takin it out my wages, and its been opened since december, but still tellin them im not the father as ex cheated on me and baby does not look nothin like me and the baby tanned but csa wont pay for a dna test so need help with what else to do0

Have you told the CSA from the beginning that you don't think you're the father, or did you sign a maintenance assessment form accepting paternity and later change your mind?
You didn't answer my question about whether you've asked for a reassessment. They won't adjust the amount they take from your wages automatically, they don't know your hours have dropped unless you tell them. They will carry on trying to take the same amount as before out of your now reduced wages until the reassessment has been done.0 -
rang them and they doin a reassesment now and told them about my hours they said they ,must leave me 130 a week to live on as i earn less they said i might not have to pay anything, yea told them from the start that i think im not the father but they said i must pay for it my self or go to a solicters0

Well that doesn't sound right, if you've always disputed paternity they should arrange DNA testing. I think you should ask to speak to a manager to discuss this, or write a letter of complaint to the complaints department at whatever unit handles your case, pointing out that you've always questioned paternity and explaining the reasons you think you're not the father. If you can't afford a solicitor you could get free advice about this from the citizen's advice bureau.0
