Yes and apply a Fuel Scale charge based on CO2 emissions to offset the private use.0 -

Fuel scale charges are for VAT registered sole traders and partnerships. For an employee the BIK will be for the gross value of fuel purchased. You then claim relief at 40p/25p per mile for use of your own car.0 -
