I hope someone can help. I took out a NR together mortgage and I have a CCJ on the loan part of it. I still have 15 years to pay, will this CCJ stay there for the next 15 years?

It depends.
Usually a CCJ will not be shown on your credit file after 6 years, but a creditor can request that it be put on each year until the debt is paid off.After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
