Hi, I current have a self cert mortgage for £216k which is less than 75% of the house value, the lock in is almost up and I wish to shop around. I can't seem to get much help on this as most advise/guide sites seem to only focus on traditional types. Thanks for any tips

I had good advice from a firm of IFAs, HNL Financial Services Ltd. They arranged a self certification mortgage at a good rate and were happy to just take the fee that the lender gave them and only charge me £75.00 to cover administration costs.
Their email address is mail@hnlfs.co.uk I am sure they can help you.0
